Day Two and Three

I am just starting day three and I am feeling a lot better than I did yesterday. I think this detox will take a few more days. Yesterday we had a really good day. The food choices are getting easier. The desire for anything that is not a plant is gone. I think that I sufficiently grossed myself out with all the research I did on processed foods.

Okay now I understand why you were
foggy. Also didn't realize Steve (your husband?) was also going to do this. Kristen, I think you're amazing and i know you'll succeed. What courage you have. At first I was not too keen on this diet. But it seems to actually be very healthy. I love the part about not cooking too much. Look forward to witnessing all your progress.

Hi Kristen, I have been following along on your lifestyle change and I applaud you. I will be getting the movie, it sounds fascinating. But I am unclear as to what your goals are regarding nutrition....protein fats carbs....total calories
I there something you shoot for or are you just juices and cooking and eating till full
Maybe the movie will explain more about this
You are a beautiful woman with the most gorgeous eyes and sweet voice
thanks for putting yourself on video so can watch and cheer you on
Your hubby is great to do this with you
Did you get numbers from the doc to later retest and see how your health has improved?
I can't wait to see the effects of this lifestyle change....best to you

Hi Myrna and Suz thank you for your support and kind comments. To answer a few questions we are basically eating until full. We calculated our totally calories to fall between 800 and 1200 per day. Honestly we are full all the time. Our Doctor has taken our blood and vitals and will visit with Steve every two weeks and me once a month. Suz thanks for the sweet comments, I did not have makeup on so that was me in the raw. I am glad I didn't scare you. hehe
