Day 10, WOW! So proud of you guys for what you're accomplishing. Wish you felt happier - have you done any painting or jewelry making lately?
Hi Juli, I had a couple of very hard detox days but today is day twelve and I am feeling a lot happier and a lot better. I should have painted my way through the detox but I felt so lousy that I couldn't even get myself set up. I wish I had a art studio that I did not have to set up and take down everytime I wanted to paint. That is something to work for. I should be at class next Tuesday.
Are you doing this with advice from a doctor or, at least, a nutritionist? Eating sensibly is good but going at anything bald-headed is never a good idea.Your detox sounds very drastic to me.
Yes I have consulted my primary care physician and he is on board. Really what we are doing to drastic when you consider that we grew up eating processed food. We are only doing this for 15 days (today is day 14) and then we add back in whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds. I goal is to eat whole unprocesseed foods, shed this unwanted weight and regain our health. We are doing fantastic.
