how to get out of a funk

I have not felt like doing much lately. The funk has been heavy but yesterday I forced myself to make this.

Ceramic Plumeria with FWP, Citrine, Peridot and Jasper

It was something I made myself do and today I felt a lot better, so I made this

Austrian Crystal and Sterling Silver

I felt a lot better after that, so I made this too

Hand Painted Ceramic Beads

And now I am happy again. It really doesn't take much to get out of a funk. The trick is you just have to force yourself to do something. Do anything at all and the funk will slip away leaving loveliness behind!

Fine words and exquisite jewelry - each piece is perfection! I love it.

I love your jewelry - really beautiful. You are so right - find something to do that's fulfilling and the funk will soon dissipate.

So beautiful Kristen. I tried beading for a while and discovered it's not my thing. But it certainly is yours. I'll have to try something else to get out of my funk... and I am in one.
